American Airlines backs off of lutefisk program

After five crew members who were preparing the passengers' dinner in the cooking area of the Boeing 767-300 became ill. Only a bold decision of the first pilot to land in Keflavik airport, where they have lots of experience in dealing with similar cases, saved the lives of the team.

A secret memo was distributed in American Airlines offices, effectively canceling the revolutionary new program that, using recently discovered treasure of lutefisk dated back to XI century, would have allowed American Airlines to reduce the price of a meal from $1.76 to $1.14.
